February 10th and 11th: At the Wheatridge in the Nook tasting room, we will be showcasing local artists in the Tri-County area (Gilliam-Wheeler-Sherman). Also, Sue Smith of Wasco will be showing off her talent with truffles, offering her chocolate and blue cheese truffles, both fabulous pairings with red wine.

Recipes from The Nook
We had people requesting recipes for food served at our Grand Opening. We would like to share them with you!
Amaretto Spread
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Amaretto
1 to 2 Tablespoons of orange zest
Stir and serve with Ginger wafers (Costco)
Pesto Spread
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 cup of your favorite purchased pesto
Chopped walnuts
Stir and serve with your favorite crackers.

Grand Opening!!!
We are having our Grand Opening of our tasting room Thanksgiving Weekend. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We will have hors d’oeuvres and door prizes along with our great wine. Come join us in the celebration!
Tasting Events
We have set up additional tastings, one on November 18, 2006 from 3pm to 6pm at the Johnson Creek Fred Meyer in Portland, Oregon.
We will be at Healthy Harvest in The Dalles, Oregon from 4pm to 7pm on December 15, 2006.
